The Commercial Kitchen Show is just around the corner and the Trak and Hupfer team is busy planning out the final details of the exhibition.
Dubbed as the essential industry event for kitchen innovations, the Commercial Kitchen Show will be opening its doors at the NEC in Birmingham from June 4th to 5th.
The annual event welcomes thousands each year, attracting key decision-makers across all foodservice sectors, as well as leading distributors and equipment manufacturers.
After a fantastic show last year, Trak and Hupfer is back once more and will be taking up residence on stand E3 for the duration of the show. From here, our team will be showcasing our storage, logistics, and foodservice solutions.
On our newly built stand, you will discover the Hot and Cold Display Unit, which won a Gold Innovation Award at last year’s show. The unit was built with leading technology, quality German materials, and specialist lighting to deliver 50% energy reductions and the efficient display of hot and cold food.
This year, our ThermaDry product is in running for an Innovation Challenge award. This ingenious piece of equipment is built with modern heating technology, without the need for added water or pre-heating, to ensure food remains at a constant temperature during serving. This functional design saves energy and time and answers a multitude of challenges faced by commercial kitchen operations.
To find out more about this outstanding product be sure to visit our stand. You can cast your vote for ThermaDry by visiting the Innovation Challenge Gallery while at the show. Also on display on our stand will be the IsoBox, Norm 20 Shelving, and Plate Dispenser.
Those who visited our stand last year will remember the delicious German chocolates we served up. Thanks to their popularity, they will be making a comeback on the stand again this year, along with some other German treats and lots of coffee.
Our team cannot wait for another two successful days at the Commercial Kitchen Show and we are looking forward to seeing everyone there.
You can visit Trak and Hupfer on stand E3 throughout the show.
