Fotnum & Mason - Royal Exchange

Fotnum & Mason - Royal Exchange Case Study

Due to the success at Heathrow Fortnum, the department store requested Trak’s services and products again at their store in London’s Royal Exchange building. The high standards of design and manufacturing at the Heathrow bar was continued through to the Royal Exchange building, albeit with a few changes to the design.

The clients requested a large bar/catering outlet to be placed outside of the main department store, in the financial district of London.

The brief was to design a counter that could offer an array of menus; from breakfast through to dinner, serving luxurious offers of shellfish, carved salmon stored in glass display fridges alongside a full drinks menu.

Trak also manufactured the refrigerated displays in the shop which was located close to the bar. Materials included book-matched marble imported from a quarry in Italy, alongside brass finishes and bespoke tiles also from Italy. We were thrilled to work at an unbelievable location and supply one of the most stunning bars Trak has ever manufactured.
