Salford Royal Hospital Case Study
Trak’s innovative servery counters were requested at a major NHS Foundation Trust Hospital in Greater Manchester. The Salford Royal Hospital required an innovative new hospitality area for both staff and patients to use.
We provided a state-of-the-art servery and coffee area within one of the hospital’s re-furbished rooms, consisting of shaped and profiled servery counters, glass walls and stainless-steel rear preparation counters.
Trak also supplied a wide range of kitchen logistics, trolleys, racking, plate dispensers, food carts and more to supply the existing back-of-house facility. The main feature is the curvature and attractive main servery counter which features white granite tops, laminate front panels and stainless-steel kick-strips with underslung mood lighting beneath.
A full support preparation area was also featured behind the front counter culminating in a very modern café area at the hospital with coloured glass to rear walls.
