Network Rail Case Study
Trak provided speciality counters and kitchen logistics to Network Rail’s HQ hospitality space. The Milton Keynes headquarters is designed to accommodate over 3000 people and is comprised of four separate office blocks, joined by an open central atrium. To connect the four spaces, the client and architect had a vision to create a busy “street” environment in the atrium area, allowing delegates both flexibility and choice whilst within the catering facility.
Foodservice was seen by the company as a key contributing factor to the success of the relocation strategy. The design incorporated several of Trak’s designated speciality counters, in order to provide a broad range of popular and innovative food offerings. Trak also provided the kitchen logistics including all dishwashing equipment and a tray transport cord conveyor alongside refuse stations and tabling.
