Anthony Pettit joins Trak and Hupfer as Business Development Manager

Commercial catering equipment manufacturer, Trak, have welcomed a new member of staff to the business in support of their vision to provide excellence to the UK foodservice industry.

Anthony Pettit has joined Trak as their National Business Development Manager, and boasts 10 years of experience in the catering sector.

With this role, Anthony will be taking on the task of growing business and accounts for both Trak and Hupfer, as they seek to gain a stronger position in the UK.

Hupfer is the parent company of Trak, and since Trak’s recent rebrand, there will now be a bigger focus on bringing support to customers based in the UK with both Trak and Hupfer.

Philipp Schumacher, Director at Trak, said: “We are delighted to have Anthony on board with us, and we hope that he can bring his current knowledge and skills to bring something fresh to the team.

“Our aim is to provide the highest standard of customer service we can to customers in the UK, and to make sure that we are offering as much support as we possibly can. We want the customer experience of dealing with and purchasing from Trak to be as positive as it can be.”

Anthony joins Trak after previously working for Brakes Catering, in which he spent several years there.

Since joining Trak, he has recently spent two weeks in Coesfeld, Germany, at the Hupfer headquarters where he has been training up on products and learning more about the business.

Anthony said: “I am very grateful to have been given this opportunity to be a part of Trak, especially since now is a very exciting time for the business.

“I have a really keen interest in the catering equipment industry, so I am hoping to implement what I have learnt over the past 10 years into my new role as National Business Development Manager.

“I have already been working very closely with the team and at the Hupfer offices, so I am looking forward to seeing what else is to come in the near future.”
